Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
In plain English
futurevault.cc gives users access to vaults selected and listed by the FutureVAULT team. These terms explain how you can use the platform, what risks are involved, and what responsibilities exist on both sides.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FutureVAULT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Users must complete identity verification (KYC) to access certain features, high-value vaults, and higher transaction limits.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Allocation Risks
Allocating capital to a Vault carries inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, liquidity risks, agent-performance variability, and the potential loss of your entire allocation. Past performance does not guarantee future results. FutureVAULT does not provide financial advice. All allocation decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Withdrawals are subject to KYC-based limits, processing times, and applicable fees. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals for security or compliance reasons.
6. Yield Distributions
Yield schedules and amounts are determined by the specific vault and position type. While we aim to deliver yield payouts on schedule, delays may occur due to blockchain congestion, security reviews, or force majeure events. Payouts are not guaranteed.
7. Referral Program
Referral commissions are subject to a hold period and may be cancelled if the referred user's allocation is claimed or terminated. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in commission forfeiture and potential account suspension.
8. Redemption Policy
FutureVAULT offers a 72-hour allocation redemption window for eligible positions as described in our Redemption Policy. To be eligible for a redemption, an allocation must: (1) be requested within 72 hours of the vault allocation start time, (2) not have been transferred or sold to another user, and (3) not exceed $500 equivalent in value without additional review. Redemptions are processed to the original payment method minus a 10% platform fee to cover transaction costs. Vault positions that have granted special yield multipliers or access will have those benefits revoked upon redemption approval. We reserve the right to review and potentially deny redemption requests that show patterns of abuse or violate our Acceptable Use Policy. For full details on eligibility, exclusions, and the redemption process, please refer to the Redemption Policy documentation available in our Help Center.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and report such activity to relevant authorities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureVAULT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency assets.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
